Multiplayer Question?

I have heard that the multiplayer in Pandora Tommorow will support 4 players in each match which is fine. My question is if you can play Link Play on two xboxs will two people be able to play at once on one xbox against two people on the other xbox or will this be like Ghost Recon where you can only play one on one in link play. This is one of my only complaints with Ghost Recon and Island Thunder.

system link will be available but no split screen at all, meaning you can only play 4 players if you have 4 boxes
