door keys

I have been trying to gain access to the Factory. However, My game has a bug or I am missing a clue. I have 13 pearls and am not sure I can get two more to buy the jumpjet. If that isn't needed to get into the factory what is?

I notice that Jade needs door keys to get into doors in the Pedestrian district. I have come across no info on how to find them. Where are they??????????

Just a teeny (straight forward) little clue would help.

there's a code near the shark in the cafe. on the table.

I haven't seen a cafe, but there is a shark sitting with a woman at a table in the bar. That is the only code I see. That leads to a door but I grabbed everything out of there already. I see nothing else of interest.

I can truely say I am at a dead end here. This is a first.

I have never used a game post before so if this is not a continuation of your response but a new post you will have to excuse me.
