I can't believe you're all being so cowardly!! Everyone knows who was nasty to Digger, and my name would've appeared pretty high up on a list of those who were, so why are we refusing to name names?

Of course, none of us really meant it (has everyone forgotten the eloquent eulogy I wrote for Digger when he went missing a just after Xmas?), and his quest for Veteran was one of the greatest challenges of the century, which we all enjoyed following.

The only reason I wrote disparaging things about Digger was to give him an excuse to post a reply and so increase his count.

I've enjoyed this thread---great tongue and cheek stuff.

What is so funny on my end was when I was gaming MechWarrior I got kicked and banned from several servers. Why? Well anyone who can come into a game using a 20 ton Mech and blow the armor off of a 100 ton mech and win the fight had to be a game-hacker LOL! Yepper me and my little 20 ton Flea use to really tick off the heavies! The the pop-tarts hated us. (Mechs with jump jets.)

So reading this thread in good fun has made my day!

I'm paying attention, but I still can't work out what " "Gav are reading between the lines regards the mod" " means. Who's reading between the lines? Of my mod or someone elses? What are they inferring when they read in between these lines? And who are you quoting? I don't remember seeing that in another thread anywhere...

And FYI: threatening talk like that won't get you any closer to playing the mod! Count yourself lucky you've got the three preview missions... When I write the other couple of missions to go onto the full set, it'll be finished. And then I'll see if I think you deserve to have the privilige of playing it.

I'm thinking of altering the Readme so that it's not freely distributable.
