Any plans for another Xbox Live update: Fix Lean Glitch?

Ubi still hasnt officially said that this "glitch" exists. Is has been discussed and agreed with by BulletTooth that there is a "Bounding-box" bug that make most leaning individuals impervious to bullets. I doubt RS3 will ever get a patch to fix it.

Black Arrow may, I say agian, may fix the lean glitch.

This is my own opinion, so take it as you may, but to fix the open lean glitch, it would take a rewrite of the core engine used in the game. I believe that is also what causes glitches in the maps. The Scharins map for instance, they couldn't fix the glitches without re-writing the core engine, so instead, they just take away your access to get to where the glitches exist (i.e. removing the ladder). It has been said that the same engine is being used in Black Arrow, so I expect that the open lean glitch will continue to exist in that game as well.

Black Arrow being based on the same engine may be the reason that im not going to buy it, at least not unless they fix the glitch.

I saw on Xplay some footage from Black Arrow

First there wasn't any new guns
all I saw was an L85, G36C, and UMP
Graphics looked the same just diffrent locations

The only thing I think they are adding is new game play modes (they gave us these in a GRIT dload, why not in R63?) and team and tournament support.

I agree W/ Cheeba with all the other games due out around that time I might just wait and buy something else.
Cause that lean glitch (even when used legaly) is just annoying.

the lean glitch isnt going anywhere.i suggest u people learn to coap with it. people arent invincible when they lean. just learn how to counter it and use it urself...ull see urself finishing more games alive with 2 or 3 kills

I agree with redicluck the "lean " isnt going anywhere. You can kill a leaner rigth off the back, I know. In a clan match I leaned and still got killed the guy that shot me, He wasnt leaning so it can be done.

yeah, im sick of hearing guys complain about the lean. I still kill leaners, when I lean I still get killed too sometimes. I will lean though If im stuck in the open because usually the other guys doing it too. so what? I love this game, its one of the top 5 of all time really.

Second it DOES give you an advantage. You CAN still be killed, we know this. But you wouldn't lean in open combat like that in real life, you'd run and try to avoid shots, the fact it gives you an advantage in the game is the problem and IMO needs to be addressed.

real life real life that's all ppl go on about .it's a game who cares if it's not 100%acurate to real life .
in real life 1 shot to the head from a mp5 will end you so why wont it in this game .

i have to say the i did it because i seen someone else do it excuse is pretty lame .
there is no need to make excuses if it can be done it should be done simple as that .
the ppl who moan only do so because they are not very good at the game that's all .

the .50 is too powetrfull
i cant kill the leaners
how come he can run faster than me
his gun shoots faster than mine .
these ppl will look for any excuse just to make themselves feel better about dying .
at the end of the day every player can do the same thing's so the game is pretty much equal for everyone .

The people who say it doesn't exist are the ones who are abusing it and are scared that it is going away. If you have to move to get a different angle on an open leaner, then chances are you'll be killed before you get a chance. The open leaners know that, the people who post here saying there is no glitch know that. They just want to make you think you're a bad player because the only way they can get their kills is by using the open lean glich. When you get shot directly in the head, you should die, end of story.
