Problem with mortar emplacement...

My mortar is screwed up. I looked at the mortar in the Research level and set the angle settings and VLimits or whatever to the same values, but it keeps pointing the wrong direction and fighting me, jerking and resisting, when I try to turn it. I have a minigun in the same level and it works fine. What's the deal?

relaod everything should work fine, weni changeed aiming angles it always messed up for em, play the level mite work fine
