The Xm8 looks almost exactly like that, yes it is a real gun. It's being developed by Hk.

Just an FYI... There is already a Barret rifle model in the FarCry files, if I recall correctly though it is named something else and is in one of the weapons folders in either Entities or Simple Entities. Found it looking through the files in the editor.

I just don't think it is coded to be a real working weapon in game...
