He did the one with the Blue Angels wrong. The people are supposedly mounted on the underside of the wings. Yet, the F/A-18 in the background have them mounted on the top side of the wings. The planes pass with underbellies facing outward away from each other.

I DON'T really care, I just thought it was funny. And even more funny if I point it out all seriously. And even more funny to see your reactions. And even more funny... no, I'm done.

Please, those pictures are so easy to do. I've seen better photoshop work done on www.vwvortex.com (http://www.vwvortex.com). And I did the picture below myself, and it only took me a couple minutes. This guy prolly spends all day on one picture, mostly trying to rotate the overlayed image to the perfect point.

hmm, me think the pictures on your link are more easier than this guy tried to do with web photos. Cars paint adjustement almost only involve playing with curves, tint and sharpness while this guy attempt to add and mix something on a real object and make it looks real, both with colors, proportions and masking effects. I don't think it 'Easy' as you think.

Yah, overlaying a few images for your sig is pretty damn easy dude, lol. Wonder why anyone would consider that any type of achievement at all, of course it would only take a few minutes, if it takes any longer you need a whole lot of help. http://ubbxforums.ubi.com/images/smiley/16x16_smiley-very-happy.gif

and you think that stuff looks real? Wow, you need glasses. The frog? Look hard, it's a flat image, colored the same as the yellow on the skin, with some white dots to show reflection matching the frog originally. OOOOH, impressive! http://ubbxforums.ubi.com/images/smiley/88.gif The blur effect in the jet photo, just a wind blast on a very large image, sized down and flipped. I'm so amazed!!! http://ubbxforums.ubi.com/images/smiley/crazy.gif I did the same blur effect on the road in my sig. And it's not just paint overlaying in the vortex, it's altering existing car photos to make a new design. Look harder, there are plenty.

seriously, the most impressive picture on that site is the turtle-cat, and it's also just an overlay cut to fit.

Funny how you critic his Jet picture, with the blur effect, because you have the blur effect in your sig as well.

And as for your first post in this thread, I can see why your sig only took you a couple minutes, because it's just a damn car.

Wow! That's so much better what thay guy can do!! You're a perfect artist! Ooo! Wow!!

BAH! Making blur speed on a road is awefully easy as it just applying effects on something that is already there, nothing to impress there. Comeon! Don't even try to make it sound easy. Most of his pics try to emulate the texture of the subject. It require you more than saying "oh it just a flat image with some dots" YEAH RIGHT! Like I said it require you to impose additionnal objects and a pretty good sens of observation to make it bonded to the original form, apply the right blend layer and keeping the original textures too. Of course all can be done but even that, it can still show signs of doctored image or obviously show what technique he used. I'm not saying all his chops are all good. Still, I like how he tried the frog and the Ladybug (and a bit of the cow) and they are nicely done IMO. Not impressed most of his works because like you said they are just layers effects and that gives the impression it failed.

My point is it extremely hard to make image looks like real even for the PRO choppers. And even that, there will always be something in the chopped pic that show evidence that it was doctored. Even your car is too obvious that you used speed blur and the horrible and the so overused emboss layers...

So much for criticizing others works, makes you 1337 http://ubbxforums.ubi.com/infopop/emoticons/icon_rolleyes.gif
