Cant install: Runtime error

When trying to install RS3:RS a diolouge box pops up

UbiAuroRun
run-time error '53'
file not found unicows.dll


It installed one time before. i had to format the comp after a virus took the majority of the comp, and after reinstalling just about everything back to its original, Raven Sheild gives me this message.

I used nortan to scan the RS disc... nothing.

any ideas?

no, it didnt help. though with a lack of instruction on exactly where it belonged (thank you MS) i may have put it in the wrong folder

and it work on THIS SAME computer the first time, not someone elses.
