My personal favorite is the M4 Masterkey combo - M4 for mid to long range, fullauto on the move, and underbarrel-shotgun for close quarters - that's if you like MOUT environments.
In the field, I got 3 personal favorites. The M249 SAW w/ grenades combo, coz I used to be a SAW gunner in the Marines...next, the M4/M203 combo for mid to long range shooting and volley fire to mark targets or take out multiple targets in one big blow...finally the new sniper rifle and M9 combo in Island Thunder. Sorry I forgot what the name was...but I think it's pretty damn sexy.
