Those are links to reviews of Kola Cell and not downloads. Seems you are the one who should be well, never mind....

You can't download it. You must buy the Collector's Edition from the UK.

the pc zone magazine has the level on the dvd cover disc plus the patch for it to work

Simply click on the levels list, its unlocked at the end of the list

Downloading it like you say is piracy and therefore will get you kicked off the forums forever.
