How can I enable (in daytime) dogfight online missions, runway lights, for thoses early misty cold mornings?

Searchlights only come on at 2145 hours IIRC. Something to do with the Searchlight and Incandescent Light Workers Union.

However campfires can be used 24/7 and will help light the airfield on those misty mornings.

Campfires are listed as "Airfield Campfires" at the bottom of the "Stationary Objects" menu.
