Fixed rts.dll, now how do I load Smolensk/load .ini

I fixed rts.dll by going to FIND/folders and found rts.dll on Disc2, then I cut and pasted it into C:\Prog.Files\ Ubi Soft\ IL2FB.......when it said do you want to replace the existing rts.dll (0Kbs) with the new rts.dll (862 Kb) said yes!

Now how do I load Stationery Objects (90%) Smolensk\load.ini ?
