2 vs. 2 System Link?

My friends and I were setting up PT to play a system link game. We tried 2 Xbox's and found out we can only do 1 on 1. So if we hook up 4 Xbox's with 4 copies of Pandora Tomorrow and 4 TV's would we be able to play 2 on 2? Or maybe some other ways to get 2 vs. 2 without going online?
