Xbox crouch help...

I have just purchased RS3 and am not able to crouch, I have tried everything apart from throwing my control out the window, what am i doing wrong.

To be a little more specific, click the left thumbstick "in" toward the controller. Do the same to the right to zoom. I also recommend reading the manual, it might help.
