Well, I've put in about the game's value in man hours trying to run it and no-luck.

Game has firewall access, drivers are up to date, installed and reinstalled game and uplay.

Game stops working on launch, no error code. If I start FCSplash.exe as admin, same thing.

If I hit FCPrimal.exe as admin and skip the splash file I get error code 0xc000007b.

Hi and welcome. It's probably some third party application that is interfering with the processes.
Try this solution https://goo.gl/pihPth and try again

Have you tried verifying the files from uplay/steam client?

I have also run through this gambit of fixes. I have also had no luck. I did open a ticket with Ubisoft Support yesterday, but, of course haven't had a response.

Edit: I chkdsk c: and e: drives because I use a symbolic link to e:

I tried all official recommend and no luck here too.

I also submit a ticket with my dxdiag.

I don't think this is a OS or hardware problem, my other recent 3D games are works fine.

So I do believe this is a game compatibility problem.

Maybe collecting system info and make a patch asap is better than guess problem on OS and give useless solution.

FK Sicario, I had this exact problem, and I apparently solved it by loading the game from the Steam platform (not from the Uplay one)..
All you have to do is to download Steam (http://store.steampowered.com/about/), and add Far Cry Primal to the Library by clicking on Games > Add a non-steam game to my library.
You can try this, maybe it will help you too. :)
