What I don't get...

I never even was asked to pay for this service! If they would have ensured me a working server where I could play Uru with my friends over the Internet and start a marker game or whatever (I never even got down to Ae'gura) I would of payed! But with the state Ur Live was in right now, there was no way I would even recommend this game to anyone I know. The whole thing was buggy (can't finish Teledan because of grafik bug, my neigborhood changend every now and then, my relto was missing pages all the time, couldn't delete my nexus book, etc.) In the letter vom Rand I was thanked for testing Uru Live, I didn't know I was a tester, I was a willing paying customer, but they don't want my money I guess...
When I offer a crapy service and not tell anyone that its still in a testing phase, no wonder that I don't get enough people using it!?
