How does ranking work?

Can you guys tell me how the scores are being calculated and does it matter how much ND133`s you neutralize, or how many spies you kill as a merc. Also do you earn more points when you erradicate the mercenaries team as a spy? Is there a good manual for this maybe? (except for the one in the manual).

Yeah, it would be nice if UBI described the algorithm which calculates the points added or subtracted.

Now this is EASY and doesn't even require a patch.
