Need help on the catacombs

[Igotproblems]

I am stuck on this level,(plus it keeps scaring the living daylight out of me). Anyways I am stuck on the part right after the room were you see a bunch of mercs in containment suits fighting a few trigens. I walk past that room and encounter one of those huge trigens and a couple of the smaller bat looking trigens then 2 monkey trigens! How in the hell do you kill all those? is there some tips you can give me?
