Can somebody please send me a guide on how to make skins from a template using Paint Shop Pro 8. I am new to this skinning thing and have never used psp8 or anything like it before. I've tryed mudmovers for instructions but the site is down.

Adobe Acrobat or even Photoshop will open pdfs

I have Adobe Photoshop (older version) and was wondering how do you convert a .psd file to a .bmp? Made a skin but don't know how to convert it to .bmp. Any help?

Ok...figured out how to convert it over to a .bmp file. Now my problem is that the file is 3.0mb instead of 1.0mb. lol

Also trying to figure out how to cut and paste national insignia. Thanks in advance.
