Ratings???

The cmx website shows that I've played 25 games, but only 18 are goin towards my rating....Lately It doesn't seem to have any problem dropping my rating when I loose, but doesn't give me the points when I win! Does anyone know whats going on??

You have played a total of 25 games. Of thoose 25 only 18 games are rated. It's only those 18 games that gives or takes rating. So should you have won against a 1500 player in an unrated match it doesn't count.

As far as I can see your rating is calculated just fine. You have played a game or two against a 0 rated player but it didn't seem to affect your rating too bad. Know that you gain a lot of rating points if you beat players way above your own rating and you hardly gain anything if they are above your own rating.
An example might be you (927) against anilsarode (1200). You won that game and your rating went to 1114. This is because the rating difference between you and your opponent was big, therefore you gain a lot of points.
Only thing I can spot is that you have played a rated game against EDWARD101, rated 0. You won the game with a rating of 965 but still your rating dropped (!) to 825. This is because EDWARD101's rating is messed up. You can't do anything against that, sry. And you have played another one with the same outcome, around 100 rating points lost duo to his rating: 0. You can blame your rating on this if you want to but you seem to have gone only upwards from there, so I wouldn't http://ubbxforums.ubi.com/infopop/emoticons/icon_smile.gif

PS: Try to play opponents around 100-200 points above your own rating. Then you should get a fast rise if you win and avoid losing too many points if you lose http://ubbxforums.ubi.com/infopop/emoticons/icon_smile.gif
