View Full Version : Slow motion in the city
It was very slow and sluggish, i was moving in slow motion and running in slow motion, tried jumping, didnt look like i was jumping. I hope this is not a solution for the lag in the city. I tried to link out back to city and crashed right to desktop. Going to the city is actaually starting to suck. To me it seems there has been no improvment in that area at all, while the rest seems to be getting better. and what a goofy idea to look for markers in the city when the lag is been known to be very bad in that area. I think I will stop playing till those problems are fixed. I got no time to try and move every five minutes at a time.

except that the markers are actually ASSOCIATED with the age the city is in and not with the other ages......

yeah, i found myself moving in a more pronounced 'slow motion' today too... it felt like an attempt to even-out the lag somehow, but it makes moving unbearable http://ubbxforums.ubi.com/infopop/emoticons/icon_frown.gif especially in 3rd person view, where the camera jerks up and down with every step u take now... i'd rather have long pauses like before, than a lot of little ones like this!...
and yeah, the whole marker hunting thing is such a cruel thing to make us do in such heavy lag!?

I was thinking the same thing... a game to play that makes you hate the lag more!
It's really unplayable for me, but I peek every so often. The patch today (1/10) didn't do too much, in fact the control was a bit bizarre, often moving while I'm not touching it.
Ok, sorry if I get frustrated at the lag in the city and stuff. I know its still in the bug testing process, I got back into the city today and I linked back in where I left off. and has I was moving around, which is still slow and sluggis, or in slow motion. I seen a bunch of black figures standing around. Looked kind of funny. I wonder if I had a black figure sitting around the city for a couple days, hmm more bugs oh well.
