2. u can be in almost everyweek if u want (u need a new sig each time)(exception is when NO ONE enters then u MAY see some the previous entrees)
3. every saturday the poll with begins
4. people who havent been in one will be automatically bumped to the top of the list
5. if the spots dont fill up ill just choose random people
6. if there is a tie the poll will continue for a day or two more.
