Ok, here's the deal. Simple escort mission with the squad, 15,000ft over water, flying straight and level, with alt hold and speed hold on just waiting to hit the waypoints. We spent and hour in the air flying to rendesvous with the AI for escort, and out of the thin blue air 2 of us crash to desktop, and one computer reboots. The only things in the game are the client planes, 8 of us, a few ai tankers, a few f-18's and some enemy planes that we haven't yet engaged. No heavy ground clutter, just pure blue water below, and pure blue sky above. This if utterly rediculous. And as I'm writing this, another squad mate has stated over ventrilo that he's locked up. No error messages, no nothing, just the game crashing, locking up, or rebooting computers. What's causing it, I don't know, but I'd venture to bet that our squad of virtual pilots are NOT the only people having this problem. Now I can understand if the mission was full of ground units, and heavy battles going on below, but this mission had NONE of this. Well, I guess I can add a C++ error crash to desktop to the list. That makes 5 out of 8 Clients so far that have had the game crash in this mission. And it's not only this mission, it's almost every mission that we fly, and that's between 3 mission makers in the squad. No, I don't have any specifics as to what bug we're experiencing, but the game obviously has a serious problem.

My system use to reboot until I put a 12 inch fan blowing in the case. I did that about 1 1/2 months ago and have had 2 since then. I use to have them every night which really sucked.
