Erasing the Rime island diagram in the forechamber?

If you accidentally erase the diagram in the forechamber, is there any way you can get it back without going back to a previous saved game? Because I played through almost the entire game without saving, and I'd hate to start all over again.

I'm trying to figure out what you're referring to but I can't. Can you provide more information?

That would be the "topographical extrusion" test, I believe.

The access code for that test is written on the paper with the others.

(In other words, you CAN get it back easily. But, you also don't really need to.)
