I am sure its been posted and I have run many searches but they just keep a crashin.

So, straight to the point.......is there gonna be a co-op mode in the game or not?

There won't be co-op in the game. However many MODs are planning to implant it their work. Operation Bermuda and Operation Archangel for example.
