Sigh, After a long days work I come home to play my new SCPT game and of course there has to be a problem. I install it perfectly, I put in the 3rd disc and launch it good. When I pick Multiplayer or Single Player, either one, and the game relaunches it says Please enter the correct CD in the drive....

From the looks of it when it reads it my CD drive is yellow, but after it says the error it turns back to green. This is incredible, I always use my CD drive and it works perfectly for everything except this...

Is this a known bug of some sort? What can I do to fix this?

Are you using a CD/RW or DVD/RW drive to launch it? Ubisoft, in their infinite wisdom, decided to not allow customers to use their writeable drives to play the game--a rather misguided and pointless policy, but c'est la vie.

It's terribly unfortunate. Sadly all anti-piracy measures tend to do is harm the legal, paying customer. Hopefully Ubisoft and the rest of the software companies that think this is a good idea for some reason will recant, but until then, we're screwed unless we go the "shadier" route that fixes it.

Look man! I have a CD/RW drive and it works fine (besides multiplayer(who isnt)) make sure on all virtual drive software you turn off all virtual drives and then restart, should work now.
