Problems with Radeon 9800 and controls

I have only recently replaced my Geforce4 Ti4400 with a Radeon 9800. However i have a very strange problem, The thing is i have minamal control of Sam he ALLWAYS keeps moving no matter what i do. No none of the keys are stuck. However it doesn't seem gfx related but it never did it with GF4. And it extreamly annoying as you have to back same into some so he can't move inorder to shoot.

It could be that the config key bindings are off, but I need more info.
