Ooh that looks like fun!

And the price is not too bad, $795. Although I don't know if i'd pay that much just to go out and play with fake guns....

LOL... wish it? No. But if it happens... it happens. When your time comes it could be skydiving or crossing the street for that matter. Or choking on an apple.

That's nothing, they have another one where you get trained in urban close quarters combat for a few days, then you go into a simulated urban environment after repelling off a simulated helicopter skid. You get fully automatic weapons and sidearms, full gear, etc. The firearms fire what they call "simunition" ( http://www.simunition.com/index.php) which would actually hurt if you're hit with it, but are not going to injure or kill you. Kind of like paintball except with small solid projectiles that turn into colored powder on impact.

Anyway, you actually simulate going into an urban environment to rescue hostages. Both you and the "terrorists" carry weapons with this non-lethal ammunition. And you act if everything is real, if you're hit with this marking ammunition, it'll hurt, and you'll have to play dead and watch the rest of the "operation."

If I find the link to this, I'll be sure to post it here.

There was this air combat game a while back that I heard of. They use a two seater plane (ww2 fighter pilot trainers) that were outfitted with electronic lazers. A trained pilot would take off while sitting in the rear seat and you are sitting up front. When you reach the engagement altitute the pilot hands over the controls to you and while keeping a safe distance you start the dog fight with your opponent. When you get a hit there is a trail of smoke that comes out of the ohter airplane. The pilots in each plane take off and land unless you cant control the airplane or get bellow a certain altitute they wont interfere. Pretty pricy for one hour of air combat ( $480.00 ) But fuel and maintenance are not cheap I guess.

I've seen that in action, looks pretty fun. That's not expensive at all though, things like that are usually MUCH more expensive. The thing I explained costs like $3500 I think. Also, just to ride in a MiG-25 Foxbat up to the top of our atmosphere, and I think they go to Mach 3.2 also, that costs more than $10,000 I think. So $500 is pretty cheap.

still demon, for 800 you can get a sky diving license. which means after that it cost you 17 or so bucks to catch a ride and jump after you pay 25 bucks or so to rent your stuff.

for 800 there are funnier things to do/i/smilies/16x16_smiley-happy.gif
