installing raven sheild problems

wen i try to install raven sheild i get a error message sayin(an error(-5006: 0x80070002)has ocured while running the setup.

please make sure you have finished any previous set up and closedapplications if the error still ocurs,please contact you vendor:red storm entertainment(http://www.ubi.com)i done everthin ites asked but still it dont work

Try running it from the autorun.exe instead of the setup.exe, on the CD. (or reverse if you alread ran from autorun)

You ar installing form an Adiministrator account, rigth? If not try that too.
