Good day,

Excellent game and all that, Haven't had one that good in ages.

I am right now in the surveillance room and can't seem to either get HH up to me nor open the gate (opens, then falls back again). Can't do anything in the trolley room either. (I assume i have to push the one crate under the tunnel, but it is just too heavy)...

HELP....?

I can help with the surveilance room...you need to open the gate remotely so that you have time to get back on the hovercraft. When you get to the top, switch to target mode (R1) and shoot the switch through the turning wheel. You'll then have time to drop down and motor through the gate.
