I'm wanting to play the Singleplayer campaign first.
Which patch should I use for that? Oftentimes, later in a game's life cycle, Multiplayer becomes the focus and patches oftentimes modify the game with no regard to the original Singleplayer portion, that's why I'm asking...

makes no difference, so far the patches have only addressed bugs (although not successful at it) and the damage of silenced weapons has been increased, so u mite aswell update to latest which is 1.41 but theres not real need to unless you intend to play Mp at some point
