No you don't have to, but if you leave her alive then there are **SPOILER** snipers waitng to take the ND133 from you, they are hard to spot, and you need to kill them before you can reach extraction **END SPOILER** Thats it really. To steady yur shot on zoom hold the alt. fire button.

you dont have to kill her. BUT i dont know exactly how it changes teh game other then the snipers waiting for you (can anyone let me know if they have tried both ways)

if you kill her, you get patrolling guards you are not allowed to kill. If you di shoot tal, there are 3 snipers waiting for you instead of the guards. Plus you get different radio transmitions from lambert.

Here's what I experienced, and what I've been told.

I didn't kill Dahlia. After clearing out the warehouse, getting the ND133, I left the warehouse via another elevator. When I got up to the street level, there were 4-5 snipers on balconies and scaffolds around the street, trying to kill me. I had to eliminate them to get to the extraction point.

If you kill Dahlia, I am told the warehouse plays out exactly the same. When you get the ND133 you should probably get a slightly different message from Lambert, and when you get up to the street, instead of snipers you have several police who are investigating.

You are allowed to kill the snipers. You are not allowed to kill the police. So, it may arguably be harder to kill her than to leave her alive.

Age and treachery will defeat youth and skill every time.
