i dont wanna be a complete *** but man this guns look ******ed im all for scifi guns and owna few guns myslef, but man those are craptastic, and that second one i mean how the hell could you even hold it, do you have any idea how uncomfortable that would be?.

anyways you should studdy real weaponry before designing scifi stuff.

another thing on that second modell you cant have a chambering lever that far back, everytime you fire that thing would slam into either your arm or chest depending on wether your right or left handed.

Listen you idiot i know what a bullpup design is i own a L851, my comment was about the angle of the grip it would be impossible to hold properly. dont even begin to try and discuss guns with me moron.

SCIFI usually means "FICTION", so wouldn't that make these "unrealistic" guns ok seems how that's what SCIFI is all about? Yeah im always at it, i cant help but being an ***, anyways ive been working on games for quite a while now and i mostly focus on scifi stuff, (im a concept artist and designer) the first thing i do when desining something is make sure it will be functional, becuae even scifi stuff needs to be beleiveable. and thos guns just arnt, the first one might work, but the barrel is to high in comparison to where the clip would end and wouldnt be able to feed the bullets properly unless its energy based, but then its just a verey unexciting design.

Actually, no. Regardless of how nonfunctional the original pic looked, it was cooler than the alteration you submitted, at least in this reader's humble opinion. Don't get me wrong, though; you're better at art then you are at assumptions, so that's a start!

Sorry m8, but if I see another Gun model for a Mod, I will have to leap of the nearest cliff. Lets see some real modeling skill guys, and show us Human Character's or something. HL2 site also suffers from a bazzilion weapon models that peeps have made..AAaaaahhhhh...! Personaly sick of them..So I will post a screenie soon this weekend of a Sun-Tanned Babe that would fit right at home on one of FC loverly beaches. Rigging and skinning her will be fun using the FarCry engine..! Stay tunned..
