Do you have a router with a built in firewall? If so email me at ruzhyo2000@hotmail.com and I will help you by telling you how get rid of that NAT error. Also try disabling any anti virus.

well first of go to explorer and enter you router from there enter http://yourouterip then hit enter. and go to firewall setting and under nat just disable what nat does is let multiple computers on a lan have the same ip adress. but if you cant make a server for scpt cause of nat problem just try to restart sc without joing anybody's game first that works for me and i have nat enabled.

Well to basically answer your question to what NAT resolution is, I'll give ya some background on NAT.

NAT is Network Address Translation. If you have a router or share and internet connection with more then one user there is a good chance you are using it. The way NAT works is that your router or gateway device will take a real addressable internet ip address(pretty much a phone number for your computer.. looks like 192.168.1.2) and converts it into several different ip addresses that cannot be hit by anyone outside of your in-home network(any computer thats plugged into your router)

When it is failing to perform NAT resolution it means that the program is not able to determine the real IP address of your connection/router. The program needs that so it can tell other PT clients where to call you. If you want to apply this to a real life scenario to make it more understandable think of an operator/receptionist of a company. You call their main line. She/he then transfers you to the proper person. If somebody calls out from that company and all they have is an extension then you dont really know their phone number unless they give you the main office line.

To fix this try quiting PT and restarting it. That sometimes resolves the issue. If it still doesnt work then try consulting technical support for your router and have them turn on UPnP, its not very secure but will make your life easier.
