Tatics... they work!

I figured I'd create this kind of topic to lighten the mood; with alot or some... people really quite mad about the new patch and its gun fixes.

My fav tatic to date is on cinema you let the spies get lobby and upper lobby easily I mean sure you watch it but you dont place mines or spy traps around there nothing... after they get those 2 you either take cafe or video game and watch it like a hawk while your buddy does the other one and you place your mines right where all the spies have to drop from the vents to get in there plus your spy traps at all entrances. To date I've never lost using this tatic the spies get real close but I like to belive its impossible to cap that third one since cafe and video are so close together its really hard not to get 2 mercs on you in a flash. I call it my all or nothing play its dangerous and you dont have the safety of making a mistake but so far its been highly succesful... other then that one time my teammate shot me and blew himself up giving enough time for the spys to get it while we respawned... damn traitor :P

(Note: There may be some glaring flaws to some of you but To me this works) Please tell me some of your fav tatics and what tatics you have for your fav maps.

For spies, don't get caught...That's the only tactic I use..
For mercs, never lose your prey...

By the way, it's spelt, "Tactic".

I've gound it much harder, yet more enjoyable to be a spy. One tactic I can offer is that, if you move at your slowest crouch the Prox mines will NOT dtect you! its great for sneakin into bases etc. Shame motion detectors still get you....

@Infernal: Your telling me...you don't know you can remove Proxy mines off a wall while playing as a spy? And you can use chaff grenades to disable a lasermine for a short time? You didn't know that you can't shoot out motion detectors? lol

I hardly use Prox Mines anymore... They beep and u can walk right by... Laziers are the way to go everybody =).

Im a big fan of running/hiding and then jumping on the heads of Merc chasing me. I can only do this bout 60% of the time now, it use to be 80% =(... But i find that if im trapped with no way to escape, this is the best way to wait for lock down to pass.
