last night i used a buggy to shove the drydock attack boat back into water (the one with no gun, up on blocks). it floats! can't 'f' it though. i already have been shoving boats back in water some though (i have control problems some), just can't drive this particular boat, but it floats around, kinda neat with a hole in the side.
then i used buggy to go over to where shark is hanging. bopped the shark around some (doesn't take wounds...yet). then i shot the chain it hangs from. Plop! onto dock. then i (took a bit of time) crouched, and shoved it back into water. it floats! you can swim with it! shove it around. shot it to move it. tonight, i may try a rocket (while it's hanging up, and not)..i'll post the screenshots (when i get around to uploading them). oh i also sniped it from the MG turret in the fort (it moved around when i hit it)
i sniped 3 dudes in the fort (2 turret guys, and a guard) from the little bitty island just off shore from the one where the shark hangs. kinda neat (all the way across map practically)
i wanna find a place to cliff dive (and hit water).
is everyone able to play through without getting killed at all? i can mostly now, though they sure mix up the counter tactics. i like to go down and snipe (and steal) the boat shellin the fort (after i have completed everything but before planting the bomb). everytime i try a spot to snipe from, the next time, the guy is waiting to shoot me there next time (the guy on the rocket launcher). have to fake him out (show my face run to another spot)
first game when i fire it up (i like to die quick and load a saved game to get my saved up weapons and ammo to experiment with). anyway last night i just rushed the dock and stole the patrol boat right in front of the two fishing mercs! (didn't get killed!) when i came back around from the other side of island, they were all standing on the little point of the island looking the way i had escaped. funnny! i 'naded them. interesting 'nade effects at shorline.
oh and there's two 'coral' arches just in front of the docks on 'shark' island.
EDIT:
Update! i found a cliff to 'dive' from on the back entrance beach down the narrow cove. you take no damage at all (about a 30 ft drop i guess, i leaped off)
also if you squat in front of the piglike things they'll get right in your crotch and snuffle around...FYI lol. and whenever i moved and did it again (crouched) it came right over. not sure if it's like snuggling or giving a cartoon bj.
oh and when i restarted a save game the shark was back laying on the dock (not still in water). funny how corpse ammo disappears between saves, but this shark is 'moved' to dock (and laying on it not hanging from chain)
