How do u kick people when hosting a server?

Ok this is the problem:

When im playing SC online
Sometimes i get problems with people who dont want to switch to another team when im hosting a server.
So i have to kick them!
Question is:
How do I kick them??

Cuz i got kicked one time, so i know that its possible!

Were talkin about the PC version.

Ok I'll tell u. First, go to lobby, the bring up the console ( in order to do this you have to push the ['], in other words the apostrophe). Then type: PB_sv_kick playername

For example: PB_sv_kick Nero-Wolfe

...the person you were speaking to got kicked...

OK, im back. You can also stick em on your blacklist and i think this will kick them and never allow them to join your server again.

It doesnt work man!
Should i change the .exe file and add console to it? Or is that not nescesary?

Its really not necessary, you have to be in lobby to kick players and when you type "kick" you have to put a space then write the player name. You have to make sure you got that right too. I dont think you have to capitalize PB so just type it all in lower case. pb_sv_kick playername. There should be no period after u type this. It worked with me when i tried it, and i got kicked several times before. Make sure you type it exactly how you see it. Like with all the underscores and stuff. But after "kick" there must be a space. Or you could just stick them on your blacklist. They'll get kicked and you can take them off anytime if u want to own them some more or something http://ubbxforums.ubi.com/infopop/emoticons/icon_smile.gif.
