I unpacked textures.pak and shaders.pak from farcry/fcdata directory into farcry/textures and farcry/shaders folders. Are those folders the right place to put the unpacked content ?

There was already a shaders subfolder at the farcry directory but it didn't contain any of the files which shaders.pak had.

I keep having these error reports when loading levels into Sandbox for example mp_freighter.cry says:

CStatObj::CheckValidVegetation: Shader template is undefined or can not be used for vegetations: templmodelcomm[Objects\Natural\underwater\und_corall.cgf],Fil ="Objects\Natural\underwater\und_corall.cgf"

and carrier.cry says:

WARNING: SShaderTexUnit::mfSetTexture: Missed template texture 'Bump' for shader 'templbumpdiffuse'


Is this normal and what's causing these errors to show up ?

How can I make the water to reflect some particular skybox ? When creating a new level it has bluescloudysky as a default with corresponding ocean. I changed the skybox into research from environment -> shaders -> skybox but I don't have clue what to put into entries like water, sunlensflare, shore and sunwaterreflection which are probably the means for changing the water surface too.
