its when a spy hit the merc with a bullet from its gun (the bullet is called a sticky shocker, hence SS)

ok, here goes:

ss+cam/3sc (non-usable in 1.2) = when you shoot a merc and set a cam near him and release the gaZ cloud.

ss+grab (non-usable in 1.2) = when you shoot a merc and come up behind him and mash the grab key so you can grab him and break his neck.

ss+jump = shoot a merc and fall/jump on top of him

i think that's about it.
