No,no, The plane was static, it was parked . It was the fuel truck who hit the plane. lol.

The pilots was in their hotell room when this happened. They where on their way to a to join a flight exersice the next day. (they just made a stop for the night)

I just recently quit a job fueling planes at the local airport. I never damaged a single plane, fueling or towing. I even worked alone, at night, overnight 4 nights a week, on a black ramp in total darkness, and I've never run into anything! LOL What an idiot!

Reminds me of an instance when I was at Pease AFB in 83.

We had "Follow Me" trucks meet all non-stationed aircraft to assist them in placement on the tarmac.
Well one night a C-5 comes in before continuing on to Lakenheath (UK). At the time C-5's were priority 1 aircraft meaning 2 security police were needed and a 2 man policy was in effect for movement around and within the aircraft.
So a security police 2 man vehicle along with the follow me truck were to meet them, but the follow me truck was late. The SP vehicle was just making turns waiting for the follow me truck when they notice a very large aircraft meeting their every turn in the rear-view mirror.
Needless to say it was very exciting coupled with abit of terror trying to get ahold of the tower to get the C-5 to stop.
I'm not really sure what happened to the pilot, but I'm sure he was talked to.
