3.5 Million is not THAT expensive for what it is, is it ?

But yeah you'd probably need to spend another 2-3 million on it judging from the "mint condition" (LOL) it's in.

The Germans sold their migs for 1 euro, why are we being ripped off? http://ubbxforums.ubi.com/images/smiley/88.gif

I prefer the mislabeled "Apache Cobra Flight Simulator" (actually the front half of a Comanche) shown at the bottom of the page for $175,000. That could almost fit in my garage, I would have to clip the wings off the MiG to get it to fit, and for 3.5M, clipping it's wings wouldn't be an acceptable option for me.

ok seriously...WHAT THE HELL ARE YOU GONNA DO W/ IT..SIT AND LOOK AT IT.. gimme a break...sure it would be cool to have one if you actually were a fighter pilot and knew how to fly one..BUT NOT TO SPEND 3.5 MILLION FRICKIN DOLLARS ...only to look at. lmfao..this is great. haha

Does it have remote locking? Airbags? Didnt see a CD player in there either.

Still, would break the ice at parties as a conversation piece...

Company's based out of Tacoma... I think these are the same guys that put up that former Blue Angels F/A-18 and yet another MiG-29 for bid on Ebay. Remember reading about it in the news a while back.

If I had the money, I'd go for it, heh. Better start saving, I guess http://ubbxforums.ubi.com/infopop/emoticons/icon_frown.gif

Bah! What are you lot whining about! That IS mint condition in the russian Air Force http://ubbxforums.ubi.com/infopop/emoticons/icon_smile.gif Gotta love the "Hell it looks like scrap but it does work" attitude http://ubbxforums.ubi.com/infopop/emoticons/icon_smile.gif

And what to do with it.. well if you can afford to buy it you probably can afford buying the jet fuel and bribe enough officials to be allowed to fly it http://ubbxforums.ubi.com/infopop/emoticons/icon_smile.gif Hell, you might even afford hiring a pilot or an instructor to teach you :P

And there were a Carrier (yes. ENTIRE carrier) ship being sold a while back on E-bay.

In fact, there was an aircraft carrier for sale...it has been purchased and as far as the sale's company's website says, it was destined for scrap - the value of the metal was quoted at approximately 7 million USD.

Check this link - it was sold and the info is about halfway down the page...There was more information about what was included and the state of the ship while it was still for sale sometime last year.

http://www.frenchcreekboatsales.com/sold_listings.asp

Here's some info on the ship...originally the HMS Vengeance, then sold to Brazil and renamed the Minas Gerais...

If I had this I would charge the neighborhood kids $20 apiece to ride the ejector seat.
