I go into the clock tower to do the puzzle and everytime I pull one of the levers the game freezes. Whats going on? Help? What do I do? I'm using Windows XP Pro, Pentium 4. Could it be quicktime causing it, it might be the wrong version. Thanks.

Possibly the application cannot find or read the QuickTime movie of the wheels spinning that starts when you pull the lever. The first thing I would try is cleaning the bottom of the disc with isopropyl alcohol and a cotton swab. Also examine the disc for scratches.

You're gonna have to say which version: Myst or Masterpiece.
These videos are special in the clocktower because its the only place in the game more than one video plays on the screen.
So to deal with this in Myst they copied them to your hard drive - so if u have classic version its not your disc.
Either way, it has to be something special do do with playing more than 1 movie. Most likely a Quicktime problem. Have a play with the quicktime settings in the control panel.
Also Myst Masterpiece doesn't work with the newer versions (6 or higher) of quicktime, so install the old one off the disc.
