I got the game. I got the Strategy Guide. All that's left to do is install and start playing it. Is Ghost Recon hard? I did play Raven Shield on recruit level and got through it. How many times if any can you save your game during a mission?

To Dioxazine,
Hope you got the gold edition that came with GR/DS/IT as that is a good buy. The game is a squad based game and has it's moments of hardness and yes you can save all you want.

I would say yes - the one shot kill aspect is a bit hard to get used to, but you'll like the game.

As snipe21 mentioned: yes, you can save as much as you want, but be advised that saved game files can be as large as 5MB so they can fill an almost full disk/partition quickly. Also, snipe21 is a purist so don't ask him about saving ever again... /i/smilies/16x16_smiley-wink.gif

Apparently Snipe hasn't heard this story. It's a joke, so lighten up.
God wanted to see who was the better programmer. So, he set up a contest between Jesus and Satan.
Both sit down and start working away on their machines. On Satan's machine, fire and brimstone were being thrown about, evil, scratchy noises were emanating from the speakers.
On the Jesus machine, cherubs were smiling, a pleasant breeze was blowing, a marvelous light was everywhere.
God said "ENOUGH! TIME'S UP" and with those words, everything went dark.
Power comes back on, Satan and Jesus both boot up and start their programs.
From Satan's computer: nothing.
From Jesus' computer, voices start singing the Hallelujah chorus, light flows like water around the keyboard, the sky lights up, and just amazing things happen for the rest of the day.
Moral of the story:
Jesus saves, so should you.
