Have a look into the 353rd Fighter Group. www.353rd-fightergroup.com (http://www.353rd-fightergroup.com)

Great group (and now recruiting). They also enjoy the online membership of Monroe Q. Williams (=353=MONROEQ), who actually flew P-47s for the 353rd in WW2 (2 kills).

Yup the 325th *Checkertail Clan* are what you are looking for... PM Skychimp and he'll give you the lowdown. Thier squad site seems to be down right now...

We fly everything - including Jugs /i/smilies/16x16_smiley-happy.gif But we ain't like other squads.... no discipline and very few rules and regs...

But Chimpy is the man to talk to about P-47s. /i/smilies/16x16_smiley-happy.gif
