No specialist after aceing this mission?

I just completed the DS mission with the shanties, minefield, warlord, and junkyard. I killed every tango on the map and completed all objectives but I didn't get a specialist for it. Is there no specialist given after this mission?

You are talking about mission No.6 ?
For that mission You can not get specialist and
for next missions as well.
Just objectives with x will give You specialist.
Objectives with numbers are must-to-do and for completing
them You won't receive any special soldier.
