Try lower your in game video settings all to low or off and test, then go back and adjust each one by one to find one that will run the game....as a last resort you may also consider going back to 3.8 or even 3.7 catalyst too. Some radeons seem to be working better than others (depending on your settings\configuration). I've also read that the omega drivers seem to be working well with RS. May give those a shot too.
