I now have even less respect for Ubi than before. They offer great communication with the French forum while totally abandoning all their English speaking loyal paying customers. This makes me sick. I know they are doing this on purpose because of the criticism they got on this forum. What about all your supporters on this forum who were standing behind you? You just spit in there face too. Ubi is by far the worst company I have even seen or dealt with, the absolute worst. Ubi has failed in every aspect of running a software company:

- They released a sub par product

- Failed to patch the real issues that this community made very clear

- Failed on every level of communication with is loyal paying customers

- Lied to its customers

- Abandoned and spit in the face of its loyal English speaking paying customers.

The fact that we had to go to the French site and translate any news because we have been abandoned is the last straw. The French site gets live team updates. We were promised live team updates. What happen Ubi, Another of your lies? This is your forum Ubi and you abandoned responsibility to it, just like you abandoned responsibility to your sub par product and your paying customers. If you cant take the criticisms or don't want to be held accountable to your customers then you are in the wrong line of business.

I now will never, and I mean never purchase another Ubi product. I hand you my hard earned cash and you spit in my face? I stood behind you when you released a sub par product. I stood behind you when your patches failed to address the real issues and yet I still get spit in the face. UBI, if this is going to be your continued business practice then expect to lose a lot of support and a lot of you loyal customers, and eventually a lot of money.

Are you mad? This comes as nothing new as UBI has done this in the past and will do it again. If UBI wants to continue their current practices of completely ignoring the community they will ultimately lose money.

Maybe I'm not cynical enough, but the development team members are native french speakers. It doesn't help much to complain to them if they don't understand us (at least very well).

No wonder the game sucks so much, the French are having their way!

The game was built by Ubi Montreal. For those who don't know, Montreal is in Quebec, and most folks there speak at least a little English as well as French (actually, its not real French, but I digress /i/smilies/16x16_smiley-tongue.gif ) Other than the fact that UbiSoft is a French corporation (originally), the game has nothing whatsoever to do with France and to be quite honest, your stereotyping is offensive.
