Help ! all my planes are in black !

I just got lock on, but when i go to play it, all the outside graphics are fine, but the planes are in full black with a green HUD.
I then looked at the encyclopedia and all the planes/helicopters etc are in black too.
Can anyone help me ?

Texture corruption.

What video card do you have? I'd recommend a reinstall, but read through this thread first:

Can you post your dxdiag. That will have all the info we need.

Go to Start > Run > type DXDIAG > Enter. Save the information to desktop. Open the .txt file with notepad and cut/paste it here.
