Multiplayer- Starting fast then decrease speed

Intel 3.0 mobile
512 MB Ram
Radeon 9700//128 MB
Xp

The problem:

When i join a multiplayergame the framerate seems to be ok for the first one or 2 minutes . But then it decreases and becomes nearly unplayable. It doesnt help setting all and everything to low 800*640 and more..

Lots of peoplee have this problem. Some say its the netcode, others say its memory leaks. One proposed solution is to have lighting to anything other than low. If it does not work for you, then wait for the 1.2 patch. hopeluly, they will address the problem there.
