PB Question

Me and my fellow clansman are having this problem. Here is his question...
I have been trying to update my punkbuster when i host to no avail. when i play in someone else's room i have no problems. When i try to fire up a server lately it says i have an older version of pb running . I have tried the pbweb thing but that doesnt seem to help this is the message it gives me

When you create your own server, do you have PB running on it?

I've noticed that some servers don't update PB properly, and kick players to update their files. However, they go into another server and are fine. My guess is that it has something to do with the server configuration.
